Before Maplex there were six years of remodeling with other companies around the bay: bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, paint, and the punch lists that follow them. Job after job showed the same problem, and it was never the tile or the drywall. It was the homeowner chasing five contractors, five prices and five versions of what was included.

Maplex was opened to be the answer to that. Today it takes on bathrooms, kitchens, exterior and front of house, interior and exterior painting, flooring, driveways, cabinet installation and general remodeling, priced by written scope from the first walkthrough.
