Five driveway jobs below. Pick the one that sounds like yours. Each page tells you the same three things, including the one most companies leave out. A driveway fails from the base and the drainage, not from the finish. That is the whole subject.
Priced by written scope, never by the hour.
If two of them sound like yours, that is normal. Say so on the walkthrough and the written scope covers both under one price.
Most driveways are one of these five cases. Read the line that sounds like your house. The page it points to is the one to open first. On every one of them, the base and the drainage are ours. Anything in the public right of way gets its permit from the county before we cut.
That is a concrete driveway replacement. Once a slab has broken into sections that move, a patch is money on a problem that keeps growing. The old slab comes out and the base gets rebuilt. New concrete goes in, with joints cut where it will crack anyway.
A paver driveway. Pavers sit on a compacted base and can be lifted and reset one at a time. The cost is in the base and the edge, not in the paver. If the base is done right, the surface lasts for decades.
Start with driveway repair and resurfacing. Some slabs are sound and only look tired. Some are done and only look sound. The walkthrough tells you which. We say no to resurfacing when the slab underneath is moving.
That is walkway and sidewalk repair. A trip edge is a small job with a real risk behind it. The public sidewalk in front of your house has its own rules and its own permit. We handle both.
Read the cost page. It gives you the 3 questions that put any driveway in a range. It also shows what a low bid quietly leaves out. It also has the Tampa market range, with its source. Your number comes after the walkthrough.
