Luxury vinyl plank flooring

The floor most Tampa Bay houses ask for. It is waterproof on top and the slab under it is not. The moisture test and the flatness check come before the first box is opened. They are what decide whether it lasts.

Tile flooring installation

The floor that lasts longest in a Florida house, and the slowest to lay. A big tile needs a flatter slab than a small one, by rule. We check it with a straightedge before a box is opened. The layout is drawn on the floor before any mortar.

Laminate flooring installation

A picture of wood on a fiberboard core. It clicks together, it costs less than vinyl or tile, and the core drinks water. The room decides where it belongs more than the brand does. We say which rooms before you buy a box.

Flooring removal and subfloor repair

Every new floor starts with the old one coming up, and what is under it decides what can go down. Thinset, old glue and soft plywood are the part the floor price hides. We price them when we can see them, and old vinyl gets tested before anyone scrapes it.

A slab house, kids, dogs, and you want it done fast

Luxury vinyl plank. It is waterproof on top and it goes over a flat slab. It is the floor most Tampa Bay houses ask for. The slab has to be flat and dry first. That is the part we test before a box is opened.

You want the floor that lasts the longest

Tile flooring. Porcelain on a flat, tested slab lasts for decades. It is the slowest floor to lay and the hardest to change later. So the layout is drawn on the floor before any mortar.

You want a wood look on a tight budget, in a dry room

Laminate flooring. It looks like wood, it clicks together, and its core hates standing water. In a dry room with the right pad it is a good floor. In a bathroom or a laundry room, it is not.

Flooring removal and subfloor repair. Old tile, glued vinyl and carpet all leave something behind. What is under them decides what can go down, and it is priced only after we can see it.
